Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 – Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

International Customers Note: We ship worldwide except to some remote Asian regions. International customers may be subject to customs fees which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order for most items. To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in original, unused condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • Original receipt or order confirmation must accompany the return

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Bits (due to mouthpiece contact)
  • Breastplates that show signs of adjustment or use
  • Any personalized or custom-ordered equipment

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Our Rider-Support Team

Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, our rider-support team will email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address (3384 Comfort Court, Madison, US 53704)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item securely (we recommend using the original packaging) and include:

  • Completed return form (will be provided with your authorization)
  • Copy of your order confirmation

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Timing: 3-5 business days after we process your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference
  • New shipping fees apply unless the exchange is due to our error

International Returns

For our international customers:

  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • We cannot refund original customs/duties paid
  • Return shipping costs may be higher – consider using EMS for cost-effective returns

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Include photos of the damage or incorrect item
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs
