Choose the M. Toulouse Revolving Cheek Curb/Bradoon Bit Set. The revolving cheeks on this low-ported Weymouth bit allows the rider independent control over the left and right sides of the horses mouth. The Curb Bit shanks measure 7 cm long and the mouthpiece is 12 mm thick. The Bradoon has a slightly thicker 15 mm mouthpiece with Stainless Steel Rings that measure 55 mm. As is the proper way to fit a double bit set, the Bradoon is slightly wider than the Curb Bit for the most comfortable combination.

The size of the bit is determined by the measurement between the rings on the Bradoon, and between the shanks on the Curb. The thickness is measured as the diameter of the mouthpiece at the connection to the ring or shank. The length of the shank is measured from the bottom of the mouthpiece, to the bottom of the shank (not including the rein ring). The Curb is the shorter size, with the Bradoon being .25 inches wider.
